Does any1 know if there is a tcl that allows admin to lock a specific main-channel (users cannot part channel)

Forcing Users into a channel is considered extremely lame. That's why we (Channel Ops of #sbnc, Developers of sBNC etc.) will never support it.

Maybe an User will help you, but none of the officials will.
