shroudBNC Board

Hi im new to bnc's and all this stuff so bare with me
Yesterday i had this problem with /omsg and /onotice
it started to send private messages to other ops
What could be causing the problem ?
I'm using sBNC 1.1 version

"Target changed too fast" is a message from the IRC network, not sBNC. Hence I am pretty sure that the problem is on the network side and has nothing to do with sBNC.

well it could be but i've never had a problem with this network before,i've also seen and heard other people who are using sbnc and had this problem...

come on guys someone must have noticed something about this problem..
