IP Auflösung im mIRC

Hey Leute,

nächste Frage. ^^

Wenn man mit einem BNC auf einen Server connectet, hat man ja die IP vom BNC-Server. Das ist soweit in Ordnung. Gibt es denn eine Möglichkeit, die eigene IP im mIRC eintragen zu lassen, ohne dass man das immer manuell machen muss?

Da ich des öfteren auf meine Eggdrops zugreifen muss, muss ich meine richtige IP immer selbst per Hand im mIRC unter Local Info eintragen. Sonst klappts mitn DCC-Chat immer nicht. Nach jedem Connect auf den BNC ist halt entweder gar keine IP drin oder nur die vom BNC-Server.

Wäre toll, wenn es da eine Möglichkeit gäbe, das manuelle Eingeben zu umgehen *g*

Hey Community,

nu schreib ich auch mal was. Ich habe gesehen, dass es eine Art Multiuser Script fürn sBNC 1.1 gibt. Da kann man irgendwie einen extra User innerhalb eines BNC-Users hinzufügen.

Die Frage ist eigentlich nur, werden im kommenden sBNC 1.3 auch mehr als 1 Server pro BNC erlaubt bzw ist diese Funktion geplant ? Am besten wäre so eine Funktion für den Admin, der dann einstellen kann z.b. 3 Server-Verbindungen werden erlaubt, mit einer kleinen Blacklist bzw Whitelist. So dass der Admin dann z.b. die Server selbst bestimmen darf oder sowas in der Richtung.

Bisher geht das ja immer nur mit Hilfe eines weiteren BNC´s, um doch so alle seine Server besuchen zu können. Bei 10 Servern macht das schonmal 10 verschiedene BNC-User. Wäre halt echt praktisch. *g*

sBNC Crashes

Hello,

Whenever an admin logs onto sBNC 1.2, the bouncer crashes randomly.

(-sBNC ) shroudBNC seems to have died unexpectedly. However the parent process was able to successfully resurrect it.

Please help me resolve this issue.

I have a website that has a mixture of scripts.

Most of them are edits of scripts found scattered on this forum or in the scripts folder you get with sbnc 1.1 and 1.2, to fix bugs or adjust their purpose somewhat.

Where possible the original header has been maintained, with a note to say it was modified by me. Some of the scripts are on the site for no reason other than to provide a decent collection, and thus have had no edits.

There is a 'read more' link next to each script detailing how to use the script, and version history.

Some notable edits/scripts are:

Partyline.tcl A fairly big rewrite.
Adds: real support for channels, proper user emulation, and the ability to send messages to real channels via the partyline similar to channel status messages.
Cons: Admin command could do with some cleanup, I've just not got around to it.

vhost.tcl Added ipv6 support

amsg.tcl Added a loop to allow messages to more channels than the networks max targets. (ie max targets 20 but max channels 30)

greet.tcl Written to support networks which nickserv greet, allows for the BNC to update the greet with connection information, and random rotation of messages from a list.

log.tcl Couple of fixes and change syntax
Adds: Loops though playback of messages so that large numbers of messages don't cause enough client lag to disconnect you. Option to only specify certain channels to log, as well as exclude certain channels. Added in command documentation to ease use by other users.

php.tcl Allows you to run inline php inside of tcl scripts or from tcl command.

nickserv.tcl Adds support for on connect events, similar to a perform script, added in command help for ease of use by other users.

Moin. Ich Hab vor einiger Zeit immer damit zu kämfen gehabt das mein sbnc nach einer gewissen Laufzeit angeschmiert ist. Dabei viel mir auf, das viel Ram verbraucht wurde, ich mir aber nicht im klaren war woran es liegen kann.
Nun hab ich vor einiger Zeit rausgefunden warum, dank htop

Aus welchen Gründen auch immer wird ein 2. sbnc child Prozess ausgeführt denn nach einiger Laufzeit, den Ram so auslastet, das der sBNC komplett zusammen bricht.

Der obere child ist der Übeltäter. Der hat btw immer eine Laufzeit von 0

Guten Morgen,

Ich habe mal ne frage zum Nickserv script.

Ich hatte früher mal das nickserv.tcl script und ein php script für das Iface und ich glaube ich hatte das hier ausm alten forum gehabt. denn über google finde ich nichts leider.

Vieleicht könnte jemand das ja nocheinmal hier reinstellen.

Ive added the function to manage Q settings from the interface, but before i can release it has to be added to all the languages.

hi,

ich habe einen 1.1 laufen... weil ich dachte der 1.2er ist noch nicht stable und ohne webinterface ist das ja auch blöd.

also könnte ich jetzt den 1.2 installieren (meinen 1.1er updaten) und ein freies webif nehmen?

welche vorteile/funktionen hab ich noch gegenüber des 1.1er ...

sBNC Message log system doesnt works...

Haii everyone,
I have installed the sBNC on my new VPS Server.
Everything works, tickle.so was loaded successfull and when i logout and try to message my bouncer the messages doesnt save.

I connect again and i don't see an message like "You have new mesages" or when i typ /msg -sBNC read it gives the new line : End of LOG. Use '/msg -sBNC erase' to remove this log.

But if i don't have any logs...
Can someone help me please?
It's urgent for me...

Ich suche eine Art Channel BlacklistScript.
Folgende Idee:
BNC User joint einen Channel den man zuvor per Blacklist im sbnc geaddet hat. Nachdem der User nun in diesem "Blacklist" Channel ist bekommt er X mal (evtl. Einstellbar) eine Meldung (notice oder im -sBNC Query) das er den Channel bitte wieder verlassen soll. Kommt er dieser Aufforderung nicht nach wird der BNC suspendiert, mit einstellbarer Nachricht (Bitte beim admin melden o. ä.)

Hintergrund: Diverse Channels sind reine Spam-Channels, das heisst BNC User werden öfters mal Glined (Qnet) durch S. Leider rüttelt das auch die IRC Ops wach, die sich dann schnell mal melden wenn man, mit seinem BNC Service, auffällig wird. Je auffälliger desto mehr Stress hat man.

Hoffe das mir jemand helfen kann. Vielen Dank dafür

Take a look at this checklist, it might help you solve your problem.

If it does not, try to open a telnet connection to user.shellxnet.com on port 8090 (assuming that is still your configured iface port). If you can establish the connection the problem is on the webservers end (fopen() support? firewall?), if you can not it is on the BNC servers end (firewall? other daemon using the port?).

Wie richte ich einen ssl Port zum IRCD ein ?

Im Webinterface ist dies scheinbar nicht möglich, bzw. weiss net wie.
Änder ich es in der User.conf von user.port auf user.sslport um dann wird dieser Eintrag vom Webinterface überschrieben.
Den Connect via ssl zum sBNC hab ich ja hinbekommen, nur sollte sBNC - IRCD auch sicher über ssl erfolgen.
