Ein compilieren aus dem libltdl ordner mit
./configure --prefix=/home/testing/sbnc/third-pay/libltdl fixt das wohl

Leider ergibt dann ./configure

Debian Lenny's version of libtool is ancient. You'll need a more up-to-date libtool, e.g. the one from lenny-backports:

aptitude install libtool/lenny-backports (after adding the lenny-backports repository in your sources.list).
